7. Returns and Refunds

Custom or commissioned artworks are non-refundable once work has commenced.
8. Commissions
For commissioned artworks, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before work begins.
Completion timelines and revisions will be agreed upon before the project starts.
All commissioned work remains the intellectual property of the artist unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
